We are India’s first premium chocolate ingredient house with full command over the journey of cocoa: from the plantation, to fermentation and drying, to processing in our 5,00,000 sq. ft Hyderabad facility. This rare control ensures purity, consistency, and a flavour signature that remains unmistakably ours.

The result is a collection of ingredients that perform with precision and inspire without limit —couverture and compounds that temper beautifully, cocoa butter that melts cleanly, powders that elevate colour and flavour, and creations that honour the craft. The beauty of Buttons lies in their obedience to the craft. They portion neatly, temper cleanly, and incorporate without complaint, a reliable companion from the bustle of a bakery to the quiet of fine patisserie.
As a chef will always say, ‘it’s the details that matter’. Our Choco Chips were made with that in mind. Sized for precision, tempered for reliability, and refined enough to play their part without ever overwhelming.
There’s a certain comfort in a paste that behaves. It holds its gloss, keeps its body, and never loses its balance. Dark, milk, white, hazelnut, or our special Byond Choco Smooth, each one ready to slip into fillings, toppings, or finishes with composure.
